Malga Verde is located 1095m above sea level in the quiet and lush valley of Val Lastaro,in the municipality of Lusiana Conco,on theAsiago Plateau.
Completely renovated in the 2000s, it is the only hut in the plateau to have obtained the recognition ex vignette CE, attesting to the high structural and hygienic sanitary standards.The hut is also associated with the Tulela Asiago Cheese Consortium, which guarantees the authenticity of the Asiago cheese produced here. It is managed by the Cortese family, a family-run business, which has been raising cows on the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni for four generations.
